Cap Sealing Machine:
The Cap Sealing Machine plays a pivotal role as a part of packaging machinery since it helps to seal the containers and prevent them from getting contaminated. The Automatic Single Head Vial Cap Sealing Machine has a mild steel frame structure with stainless steel cladding/ Enclosures. It comes with a vibratory bowl feeder for feeding the cap continuously during the online operation on any liquid of powder filling line. It is highly preferred for use in pharmaceutical industries having lower production requirement with automatic online operation.
Automatic Eight Head Rotary Vial Capping Machine is highly felicitous to use for round vials having a maximum speed of 240 vials per minute. The speed of the machine depends upon the vial diameter, vial height, and cap size. Automatic Six Head Bottle ROPP Capping Machine, on the other hand, allows round or other shape of Glass, Plastic, PET, LDPE, and HDPE Bottles. It has the capacity of attending up to 120 bottles per minute depending on Bottle Diameter, Bottle Height, Bottle Shape, and Cap Size.
