How to cancel a subscription?
You can follow the below steps to cancel webroot subscription.
- Go to Webroot’s website, click Login, and sign into your account.
- From the Webroot home page, click Subscriptions, then from the Manage column. Choose an option
- You must turn off auto-renew to prevent future charges. Enter your key code on the Webroot website to remove auto-renewal from your subscription preferences.
- Complete and submit the refund form on the Webroot website. You will be required to submit the invoice number and the exact amount shown in the invoice total to receive a refund.
Webroot offers yearly subscription options and monthly services for its users. It cannot be assumed that the customer will opt for an annual subscription only. They may purchase a monthly service to experience the service.
