Whether you use AOL instant messenger or AOL mail, both have the feature to block the chat messages as well as the users added by you. In case, you blocked someone by mistake and you are not able to unblock them. Then, follow these simple steps to undo the mistake:
Unblock someone from AOL mail:
- Login through the AOL mail account
- Click on the 'Options' tab
- Now select and tap on the 'Settings' option
- It will show you the list of settings, click on the 'Spam' settings
- It will display all the blocked users
- Tap on the specified user, it will show you the 'unblock' and 'delete' option
- Tap on the ' Unblock' option
Finally, the user has been unblocked from your AOL mail account and you can add the user again.
