The Level 1 Food Safety Course – Retail Training Study Plex is a comprehensive program designed to help retail workers ensure food safety standards are met. Through online modules and interactive activities, participants learn fundamental food safety regulations, including personal hygiene, Cross-Contamination Prevention, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System), and Temperature Control. With visuals and Food safety diagrams to support material retention, participants gain a simplified understanding of the key practices involved in food safety.
Through the program’s online platform, participants can familiarize themselves with the procedures to help ensure their work environment and procedures comply with applicable regulations. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of completion to meet the Health Canada Food Safety course standards. With this training, participants gain the full knowledge and confidence needed to maintain the safety of food items in the workplace.
