Apprenticeship Opportunity - Learning and Development - Liverpool - £17,500 p.a. - £19,500 p.a. plus benefits and qualification support.
Calling all college leavers..…we are working with one of the UK's best loved brands who are looking to take on an Apprentice for a 2-year fixed term paid contract. You will gain exposure to all things Leaning and Development inside of a large manufacturing company.
You will be supported through the 2 years and at the end of the 2 years, you will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification that will give you a kick start into your career within Learning and Development.

The ideal candidate for this position will need:
* GCSE's in Maths and English Grade 4/C or above - although you can be supported to gain this level in the first year if needed.
* Must be a people person.
* Strong communication skills.
* Eager to learn and get stuck in.
In this Learning and Development Apprenticeship you will learn how to:
* Facilitate new employee site inductions.
* Ensure the site compliance training needs are deliveredand maintained: Food Safety, Health & Safety etc.
* Plan, organise, deliver and evaluate training.
* Manage training records to ensure audit compliance.
* Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and source training providers.
* Support site element of Academy, the business e-learning portal.
* Work with our Engagement team on site initiatives.
