The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving the company's Commercial Strategy, Overseeing Sales and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Commercial Manager - FMCG
* Develop and implement the Commercial Strategy to drive business growth and market share.
* Identify new market, new product opportunities and business expansion areas.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Lead and Manage the Sales Teamto achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Develops and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
* Oversee the development of sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
* Prepare and manage the Commercial budget,ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
* Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports
* Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Negotiates and manages contracts with key partners and suppliers.
Requirements: Commercial Manager - FMCG
* Role requires a strategic thinker with a Strong Background in FMCG andCommercial Management
* Candidates will have a proven track record in the Retail, Food service & ideally Export Industry.* Candidates need to come from the food/drink industries - ideally with branded experience
* Strong commercial skills, P&L responsible
* Candidates must be living in the Cork Area or open to a relocation !
