Internal Recruiter is required for an initial 12-month fixed term contract working for one of the UK's best loved brands who havean impressive head office site in West London. You will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and work in a positive, resilient, encouraging and collaborative team.
Working for this leading company you will be part of a successful in-house talent team who have a key focus on continuous improvements and support working together to provide best in class service to stakeholders and candidates.
As Internal Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in supporting with all corporate and supply chain roles. As well as the day-to-day recruitment you will also be involved in projects to improve brand, recruitment process awareness and support managers on everything recruitment.
This role is initially a 12-month fixed term contract, based in the West London office 3 days a week and 2 days from home. You will be paid a salary of c. £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. plus bonus andsome great benefits.
The successful Internal Recruiter will……
* Proven experience of working within an in-house recruitment.
* Experience working with WorkDay.
* Proven partner management experience.
* Graduate calibrewith excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
* Positive attitude and be resilient.
Your duties asInternal Recruiter include:
* Responsible for providing a word class end to end candidate and stakeholder management recruitment.
* Partner and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
* Think creatively and implement a programme to buildemployer brand, awareness and talent attraction methods.
* Support the development and implementation of key initiatives and processes to bring the best talent to the business - key focus on diversity and inclusion.
* Work with PSL agencies to deliverspecialist talent requirements.
* Source candidates and post roles internally and externally.
* Carry out initial applicantscreening for roles.
* Assist with the delivery of emerging talent recruitment plans including ensuring recruitment assessmentcentred are delivered on time and within budget.
