Temporary Team Administrator is required for an initial 3-month temporary contract for a leading FMCG company who are looking to growtheir Executive Assistants/PA team.
Working for a globally recognised company you will work in a very busy and high functioning team. Based in West London, you will be based in the amazing office 5 days a week.
This is initially a 3-monthcontract with has potential to be extended/made permanent. You will be paid an hourly rate of c. £13.50 per hour.
As Team Administrator you MUST have:
* At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role.
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Very strong communication skills.
* Able to work on your own but also as part as a team.* Excellent organisation skills
Team Administrator duties include:
* Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
* Meet and greet visitors to the office ensuring they are well looked after with refreshments.
* Support with travel co-ordination.
* Support current EA's/PA's with secretarial duties.
* Updating spreadsheets with expenses.
* Formatting and creating presentations.
