We are recruiting for a Accounts and Administration Assistant for our client in Co Cavan. Thisis a excellent opportunity to join our client at a tine of growth. This is a full time , permanent position.
Duties will include:
Assisting & supporting the purchasing department with
PO Data Entry
Issuing sites with PO number when requested
Matching PO to POD & purchase invoice
Requesting missing PODs from suppliers Sending invoices to sites for approval
Quotation & pricing requests
Site consumable purchases Print drawings for site as required
Assist with completion of site files as required
Assist with Purchase Invoice retrievals
Completion of weekly hire reports
Job costing reports
Completion of subcontractor payments report
Completion of weekly agency hours job by job report each week
Assisting with sub-contract tender enquiries
Input data to assist with completion of CVR reporting
Holiday cover for purchasingdepartment & subcontractor invoice processing as required
Other ad hoc duties as required
Experience:* Strong Administration experience
* 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
* Previous experience dealing with invoices
* Good attention to detail
