FRS Recruitment have a excellent opportunity for a Accounts Assistant with our client in Clonmel Co Tipperary. This is a opportunity to gain excellent experience with a growing client. You will join a existingaccounts team and this is initially a 12 month contract position.

We will consider candidates with 2 - 3 years experience ina similar role and full training will be provided. If you have a willingness to learn and a flexible attitude this is the role for you.

Duties will include:

* Bank reconciliations
* Allocation of payment and proforma payment to ERP system
* Overhead invoices & queries
* Staff Expenses & Visa - distributing visa statements & any queries
* Staff expense overview maintenance
* Petty Cash and foreign exchange petty cash management
* Prepayments & accruals schedules
* FixedAsset management
* Intrastat, VIES & EC Sales returns (UK & IE)
* Administration CSO returns

Skills and Experience:

* 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
* Good attention to detail
* Previous experience with Intrastat and VIES returns advantage
* Experience with a ERP System advantage
