You will be the Senior Accounts Assistant on the team and this is a great role for career progression.
The ideal candidate will have a minimumof 3 years general accounting experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and reconciliation, invoicing and bank transaction processing.
This is a excellent opportunity for the ideal candidate to become part of a busy finance teamin an expanding business.
Role Description
- Transaction processing and reconciliations (AP and AR)
- Processing of all bank transactions and reconciliations
- Providing support and cover to fellow finance team members as required
- Other ad hoc reporting and duties as requested within the finance function
Requirements
- Accounts Technician Qualification or Part Qualified Accountant
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Available on full time permanent basis
- Proven communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- The ability to work well as part of a team and also on their own initiative
- Strong IT skills with proven application of MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word), ROS
- Experience of SAP an advantage
- Good time management skills and strong interpersonal and organisational skills
