* Accounts Supervisor
* Up to £30,000 per annum
* Full-time role based fully on-site in Walton-on-Thames
Working for an International Logistics Company in Walton-on-Thames we are looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor / Team Leader to join their small and friendly team.
This is a full-time role working on-siteat their offices in Walton-on-Thames working Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing day-to-day accounts transactions
* Customer Accounts reconciliations
* Credit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment
* Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required
* Supplier Accounts reconciliations
* Process supplier payments and any refunds
* VAT Returns
* Inputting company expenses.
Accounting Supervisor skills required:
* Supervision and team leadership skills
* Managing processes
* Attention to detail
*General math skills
* Accounting skills
* Experience in accounting software, specifically SAGE
* Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
* Confidentiality and trustworthiness
* Data entry management
* Excellent communicationskills
