FRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Finance Analyst for our client a leading asset manager and provider of third-party loan and advisory services. This is a full time based in Shannon Co Clare.
The company provides a range ofend-to-end asset management, loan servicing and advisory services to
organisations, including Irish and international financial institutions, wholesale funding institutions and loan
originators, as well as Irish and international investors.
About this Role:
As a key member of the reconciliation team, the Finance Analyst will be responsible for cash
management and reconciliation on a daily basis across numerous portfolios to support our servicing contracts
including investigating breaks and preparing cash sweep reports relating to our service contracts.

Duties will include:
* oCash management and agreement level reconciliation relating to servicer portfolios.
* o Month end reporting relating to servicer portfolios within agreed deadlines.
* o Investigation & closure of open reconciliation items; investigate issues thoroughly to determine root
* causes and escalation to Management.
* o Provide support to the Financial operations team in relation to projects and supporting new business
* initiatives.
* Support the business on new business and growth initiatives
*o Provide support to the business in assessing the financial aspects of our systems including UAT testing.
* o Assist the Financial Operations to 'on-board' new servicer portfolios and integrate/develop new/existing
* processes.
* Reporting & Analysis
* o Assist in the preparation of MI information for our servicer portfolios.
Key Performance Indicators
* Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness of the month end and daily reconciliations processes.
* Understanding of business developments and how they impact the results of the business.
* Contribution to business systems review and new business initiatives.
* All internal and external reporting deadlines are met.
Skills & Experience
* Third level qualification in Finance and similar qualification.
* Strong financial analysis and results focused.
* Good understanding of the financial dynamics of the business.
* Financial services experience desirable.
* Portfolio integration desirable.
