Working for a Global Leader in Technology we are looking for an experienced Finance Generalist to join their small and friendly Finance Team in their offices in Staines. This is an initial 6-12 month contract witha salary of ﾃつ｣45,000 - ﾃつ｣55,000 per annum but DOES have potential to be an instant permanent opportunity. This is a full-time roleworking 36.25 hours per week with 4 days on-site at their offices in Staines and 1 day remote working.
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for someone to be an active part of the Finance and Administration team, contributing to administration and day-to-day support of the organisation.
Key Functions:
* Accounts Payable and Receivable /Financial AdministrationRole and Responsibilities
* Invoice processing(tracking, posting etc)
* Standard bookkeeping tasks
* Responding to Vendor Queries
* Purchase Order processing
* Support expense queries
* Manage Fixed asset
* Reconcile ledgers and budgets.* Conduct ad-hoc
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Job Requirements:
* Accurate data entry
* Ability to deal with external companies
* Attention to detail
* Confidence to question if uncertain
Skills, Knowledge, and Competencies:
* A part-qualified accountant or studying ACCA, CIMA or relevant certificates
* Familiar with SAP
* Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLookups)
* Previous experience within a finance department in a global company would be ideal
* Sufficientworking knowledge of Microsoft Office Package as well as Computer literacy
* Comfortable in speaking to all levels of employees
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
