Description:
FRS Recruitment are seeking a Finance & Operations Administrator to joinour clients team in Tullamore Co Offaly. This is a full time, permanent office based position. You will play a crucial role inprocessing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
* Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Verify invoice details, including pricing, quantities and terms.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable
* Assist in generating and sendingout customer invoices.
* Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, escalating to account manager as necessary.
* Reconcilecustomer accounts and resolve billing issues.
Bank Reconciliation
* Enter bank transactions into finance system.
* Reconcile bank accounts.
Operations
* Commissioning Reports
* Maintenance Reports
* Maintain Job Book
* Assist in projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a similar role.
· Proficiency in using Microsoftproducts and accounting software.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
