Concept Resourcing are looking for a Funding Programme Lead to join a Welsh Public Body. This is a remote role.
Reporting to the Head of Sector Intelligence, the Funding Programme Lead inputs into and delivers a range ofspecific activities to provide sector insights and support services, manage key strategic relationships and deliver funding schemes.

Key responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement
* Work with partnership, programme delivery, comms and marketing, and sector intelligence colleagues, and independently, to execute domestic and international engagement strategies and plans
Partnerships Management
* Build and nurture relationships with public and private sector funders to inform short,medium, and long-term schedule of healthcare innovation funding opportunities.
Horizon Scanning and Opportunity Scoping* Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate healthcare innovation including project and market appraisal, identifying best practice and targets for focused engagement.
Project Management
* Working as part of project teams, develop and deliver healthcare innovation projects, utilising project methodology principles, which will (but not limited to) increase Wales' success in securing funding to grow the life sciences sector and to address unmet heath or social care needs.Requirements:
* Processes and best practice in grant writing and pre-award grant development.
* Key account management principles.
* Detailed knowledge of research methods, using a variety of sources
* UK, EU and international funding sources forhealthcare innovation
* Knowledge of UK subsidy control regulations
* Pre-award management of strategically important, highvalue, multi-collaborator funding applications.
* Bid writing for strategically important, high value, multicollaborator funding applications.
* Relationship/account management, underpinned by effective systems and processes.
* Project management inmultiplestakeholder settings across different business functions.
* Convening, leading, and participating in multi-party collaborative projects.
* Leading, preparing, and delivering projects to secure public / private sector funding.
* Planning andconducting research, analysing and presenting findings to inform decision making.
* Experience of delivering funding under thegovernance of the UK's subsidy control regulations.
