We have a excellent opportunity for a JuniorFinance Specialist to join our clients Finance Team in their Limerick Head Office.
You will report directly into the Financial Controller.This is an amazing opportunity for a talented finance professional who wants to develop their career by joining a rapidly expanding Company. You will play a lead role within the business, taking responsibility for part of the Companies financial activities.
The successful candidate will have a background working in a finance position and will be responsible for thefollowing:
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices (suppliers & subcontractors), expenses and others
Check and control that the purchases procedures are followed properly
Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions Resolution support of supplier queries, being in charge of accounts payable inbox
Completion and submissionof TAX returns
Use Microsoft office package, mainly Excel
Prepare, support and present internal finance data/reports to the management
team including the Board of Directors
Be a key point of contact for other departments
Support the Finance Controller projects and tasks when required
Assist in the preparation of Management Accounts(Profit and Loss Account and
Balance Sheet)
Support the audit process providing proper support documentation and
explanation to auditors
Gain good knowledge of internal Company systems

Requirements:
*Finance professional with at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience in a fast paced dynamic organisation* Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
* Positive attitude, proactive, flexible and adaptable
* Willing to grow and learn from the business
* Advanced level of Excel
* Strong analytical skills and systems driven approach
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy
* Open to travel to other office locations within Ireland and the UK
* Experience with SAP willbe advantageous
