Are you a Part Qualified Accountant seeking a new opportunity in Cork City? Do you want to continue your qualification while gaining excellent experience? Or are you a Newly Qualified Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Part Qualified or Newly Qualified Accountant for our client in Cork. This is a full time, permanent position.

Our client will offer study support for candidates who wish to progress with their Accounting Qualification,

About your new role:

You will become a key member of our Accounts Team. You will be responsible for;

 Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
 Preparation of monthly management reports.
 Reconciliation of bank accounts.
 Reconciliation of creditors ledger.
Budget preparation.
 Overhead Analysis costs.
 Assisting in review of aged debt reports.
 Managementof insurance statements.
 Any additional duties as assigned by the Group Accountant.

Qualifications & Skills required:

 A relevant 3rd level accountancy qualification and part qualified/newly qualified
 2-3 years' experience.
 Experience in budgeting and forecasting
 Proficient in Exchequer (advantage) M.I. systems, MicrosoftOffice applications
 Strong analytical and excel skills essential
 Strong organisational, planning and timemanagement skills
 Able to prioritise work load in order to meet deadlines
 High attention to detail
 Be self-motivated and prepared to be flexible when the occasion demands
