Part Time Finance Support - Tullamore, Co. Offaly

FRS on behalf of our client is seeking to recruit a Finance Support on a temporary contract for an initial period of two (2) months. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and will support the Corporate Services teamin a number of tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Processing and input up of all new suppliers on the Exchequer accounting system;
* Ensure all supplier details are formatting into the Idocs OCR system;
* Point of contact for all purchasing queries from local centres and liaise with Accounts Payable officer to resolve any issues;
*Provide support to the IT and Facilities Manager in the creation and management of purchase orders for IT and Facilities and input of all facilities invoices on Idocs system;
* Responsible for the monthly facility returns in relation to Xerox and Franking machines and run reports outlining the various departmental costs of both;
* Reconciliation of approved versus processed transactions in Crisis Fund utilising the purchase management system;
* Support the processing of transactions utilising the Organisation's credit card which would be used for all National credit card purchases;
* Management and reconciliation of all credit cards working closely with the Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer to achieve this and manage the Organisations voucher register;
* Generate monthly On Call reports for various departments;
* Responsible for ordering of all National Office purchases such as stationery, canteen supplies and any other purchases required for the running of the office;
* Review all purchases on Idocs to ensure POs are not in breach of the Organisation's Policies & Procedures and maintain a log of all POs that are in breach.



Role Criteria: The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills & experience:

* Must be educated to Leaving Cert level (or equivalent) and pursued further studies in Office Administration, Businessor another relevant discipline.
* At least 3 years' experience working within a busy office environment is essential.
* Strong IT aptitude essential with advanced MS Office skills, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
* Has previously worked in a highly confidential environment.
* Fluency in English, written and verbal.
* Full drivers licence with access to own vehicle.Terms & Conditions: Temporary Contract (Two (2) months)/22.5 hours per week - flexibility is required
