The Role
As a result of a recent new contract acquisition, we are seeking to appointa permanent full time Account Manager who will work both on site at the clients premises and in the Work Wales offices as required. Your hours will vary dependant on the business needs but once your training and probationary period have been completed youwill only work a 4 day week and still receive full pay - a benefit enjoyed by all Work Wales employees.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Ensuring full delivery of the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
* Develop and implement recruitment campaigns and strategies
* Manage a pool of circa 100+ candidates
* Conduct interviews and manage the entire candidate experience
* Undertake on-boarding activities with new candidates
* Liaise with client contact regarding recruitment requirements, candidate absences, etc.
* Manage and report on KPIs
* Ensure all relevant legislation is adhered to
Requirements
The ideal candidate will already have experience as an account manager in the recruitment industry BUT applications are also welcome from applicants currently working as an account manager or in a similar role within other sectors.
The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Confidence to communicatewell at all levels
* Ability to switch focus and react quickly to client and candidate requests
* Self motivated and confident to work independently whilst ensuring effective team participation
* A real desire to be successful and to progress in their recruitment career
* A Full driving licence and use of own vehicle
* To be computer literate with knowledge of all office programs
* Ability to speak Romanian or Polish would be advantageous due to the candidate pool we work with but not essential
* Flexibility - working hours will vary from 6am - 6pm and may include some weekend work
