Admin Support
Our client in Nobber, Co.Meath is currently looking forpart-time (2- 3 days per week) Admin Support to join their busy team.
The Role:
* Working closely with management team on day-to-day basis
* Processing packages and posting
* General administrative duties including answering phones and dealingwith customer queries
* Provide general admin duties - scanning, printing, filing, letter distribution
* Report any issues that may arise
* Ad-hoc documentation and data processing
Requirements:
* Good customer service experience
* Great Attention to Detail
* Previous experience in similar role
* Strong IT skills including typing, organising and Microsoft Officeknowledge
* Ability to prioritise workload, and independently manage multiple tasks
* Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative
This is a temporary part-time position on week-to-week basis.
