Description:
My client who is based in Cobh is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team for 6 weeks. There is potential for this to be extended for the right candidate.
This role is Monday to Friday 8.30 -5
Duties
* Liaise with customers on orders
* Liaise with logistics provider on same orders to ensure timely delivery of product
* Liaise internally with production, quality, etc to ensure timely delivery and trouble shoot issues
* Associated paperwork and system work to ensure all documentation, etc is in order
* General admin support - taking calls, opening barrier to site, misc paperwork
The role would suit somebody with good admin experience, good IT skills and good communication skills to navigate the path between customer/logistics provider/on site staff
