Description:
My client who is a third level sector organisation is looking to source an experienced Administrator to join their team. This role is based in Cork city centre. Working as a member of the Administrative Office to ensure that consistency and continuity of standards are met at all times. The Administrator will liaise with other Departments, as well asoutside agencies. The Administrator will undertake other appropriate duties assigned by the Manager or his/her nominee as appropriate.
Duties:
* Act as first point of contact in relation to queries.
* Provide administrative support to Manager.* Look after the Inbox
* To assist the Manager in the preparation of reports
* All other general admin duties
Requirements
* Have good written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and accurately and to produce work of a highstandard including taking minutes
* Have organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines
* Excellent IT skillsincluding knowledge and implementation of the Office 365 portfolio of applications including one drive, SharePoint, TEAMS alongwith Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, the internet
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Previous experience in an Administration role is essential
