I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our sister company FRS Training for a "Training Co-ordinator". This is permanent role and will be 4 days in the Roscrea office and 1 day WFH.
Working with all members of the TrainingSales/Co-ordination/Quality teams, the role suits a highly organised, motivated, detail orientated and collaborative individual. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem solving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Working directly with the Sales team to facilitate the organisation of training courses
* Liaising with Trainers to organise specific training events
* Liaising with and facilitating learners attending trainingcourses
* Coordinate and communicate training schedules, materials and logistics with learners
* Administration of each course such as attendance records, feedback forms, results sheets, course reports
* Issuing quotes to prospective clients
* Managing training paperwork and stationary stock levels
* Coordinate the preparation and distribution of course materials to bothtrainers and learners
* Financial administration, payment support and invoicing as required
* Fully engage with and adhereto FRS Training Quality Assurance system
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Proven track record in coordination/administration role
* Proficient in all office applications
* The ability to work on their own initiative and manage their own time effectively
* Good geographical knowledge of the country
* Flexibility during peak times
* A demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement and creating efficiencies is advantageous
* Own car with full clean driving licence
