FRS Recruitment are recruiting for Pension Administrators to join our well established client who are setting up a new office in Cavan town. This is a full time permanent position with a great company. Our cllient are estabished in Dublin and are expanding into the Cavan area.

Pensions experience is a advantage but not essential!Role Responsibilities
* Acting as administrator and point of contact for pre and post retirement plans (PRSAs, PRBs and ARFs)
* Communicating with financial advisors and liaising with clients, investment managers, insurance companies etc. in a timely and professional manner
* Validating and processing requests from Brokers in a timely manner relating to proposed investments and claims under our pension contracts
* Dealing with maturing investments
* Completing all regulatory compliance requirements in particular in relation to our PRSA and ARF products
* Maintenance and updating of existing client records
* Managingqueries from financial advisors and clients directly
* Delivering a first-class service to our clients in line with our company policies and procedures
* Assuming responsibility for any additional tasks and projects
* Supporting the development of the team and working closely with and supporting the other team members
Role Requirements
* At a minimum you will be required to have completed your Leaving Certificate. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, but this is not essential.
* QFA Certificate in Professional Financial Advice and ideally the RPA Certificate in Retirement Planning Advice is a advantage
* A minimum of 3 years pensions experiences ideally across the full product range of company pensions, PRSAs, PRBs, AVC arrangements and ARFs advatage
* Excellent communication skills
* Good telephone manner
* Strong customer focus
* Agood knowledge of pensions as well as the regulations that govern them
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to managenumerous tasks simultaneously
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strongworking knowledge of MS office packages
