Description:
I'm currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a busy team in Virginia, Co. Cavan.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have the ability to deal with a volume of incoming callsand work in a fast-paced office environment
The specific duties will include;
* Processing incoming payments over the phone (in accordance with best practices)
* Accurately processing incoming payments via multiple methods and recording the transaction against client accounts
* Issuing receipts
* Excellent customer services skills
* Assisting the team with mail merges
* General administration & office filing and all other job-related tasks as required
* Additional duties as assigned by Manager, eg. Filing, scanning & photocopying
* Hours: 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday at 12.50 euro per hour
Skills andexperienced
* Well organised
* Excellent keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
* Good telephone skills
* Excellent team player - experience of working successfully as part of a team
* Flexible and approachable
* Positive attitude
