The Company
My client is a locally owned estate agency franchise with 3 offices across Swansea.They have an opening for an administrator at their Mumbles branch.Thisis an excellent time to join my client as an administrator, they have seen huge growth over the past few years and are lookingfor the right candidate who will help meet their current demand and play an important part in their future growth.Monday to Friday 09:00AM -05:30PM, plus alternate Saturdays 10:00AM - 02:30PM(Time off in lieu)38 ¾ hours per week.You may be required to workin either the Sketty or Swansea Marina office when required.
The Role
You will be required to provide administrative support as follows.
* Answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries, booking in viewings and valuations
* Setting up and managing property files
* Collating weekly and monthly Reports
* Conducting key audits
* Taking minutes in meetings
* Providing a friendly and professional service
* Managing the office supplies
* Registering applicants onto the system, bookingin viewings
* General filling
* Assisting with property move ins
* Arranging annual safety checks & certificates
*Assisting in the administration of property visits
* Carrying out ID Checks on Vendors and Purchasers
* Managing EPC's
* Assisting the Lister/Negotiators with elements of marketing
Requirements
The successful applicant will have the followingexperience and attributes:
* 1 years (minimum) experience in Office Administration, experience in Estate Agency would be advantageous
* A fantastic phone manner
* Excellent organisation and planning skills, you will need to be comfortable following systems, checklists and be methodical in how you work
* Experience of working in a busy, customer facing office environment* The ability to deal with a wide range of people and personalities
* An eye for detail
* An excellent knowledge of Swansea, particularly the SA3 and SA2 areas
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* An ability to work to tight deadlines
* A positive outlook, a can-do attitude
* Strong customer service skills
* A desire to go above and beyond
* The ability to prioritise workloads effectively
* An understanding of and experience working within Lettings and or Estate Agency would be advantageous
* A team player who works for both individual and team objectives
* You will be able to use Microsoft Software, outlookand excel with ease
