Standards and Audit Manager

Salary: £55k up to £70k

Location: Reigate, Kent



You'll be working on...(what your role and responsibility is)

As Standardsand Assurance Manager you hold overall accountability for the certification, management and improvement of our Business Management System. In doing so you will support the Business in the identification and management of risk, in driving continuous improvements and embrace innovation. This will involve the establishment and implementation of a governance and assurance framework that meets the requirements of the Business and our certifications while being efficient and robust. You will support the Operations Board to deliver the business plan, delight our Customers and support our teams to meeting their Objectives (through the Business Management System) whilst ensuring alignment to ISO standards, legislation and Customer requirements.

About you...(what you are skilled at)

* Proven experience in managing, and implementing management business management systems to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 44001 including change management of each.
* Proven working knowledge of EU and UK legislation, law and best practice, particularly in relation to health, safety, sustainability, quality and risk management
* Experience of dealing with arange of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation influencing improving process to support project delivery
* Knowledge and experience of implementing, and overseeing, new management systems aligned to new standards such as they emerge into the industry such examples would be ISO 44001 and ISO 31000

* Lead auditor trained
* Safety training to a minimum level of NEBOSH Diploma
