Description:

Our client a leader in their field is seeking a Business Operations/Administration Specialist (12 month Maternity Cover) to join their dynamic global team in supporting the sales to revenue life cycle across all our businesses.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director, Sales Operations and based primarily in Limerick.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Senior Administrator (5 years +) with strong attention to detail
Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities
Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organised and thorough.
Enjoys working in a global team environment
Focuses on user-value and end results, while understanding the detail
Act as a trusted SFDC advisor and subject matter expert (requirements capture, UAT, training)
Advanced Microsoft Excel user
Demonstrable experience working on projects/cross functional teams
Microsoft Power BI experience an advantage
Project management an advantage
Licensing Experience an advantage

Principal Responsibilities (non-exhaustive):
Leading various Data Integrity Projects by providing high quality data analytical support and data management
Contract analysis and approval of data entry in a SOX controlled environment working closely with Legal and Finance teams
Manage Deal approvals (SFDC Opportunities) adhering to agreed SLAs
Promoting an environment of continuous SFDC improvements
SFDC Training (knowledge transfer to internal users)
Business Operations support - internal and external customer queries
Mailbox Management ensuring queries are dealt with ina timely manner
Track and take ownership of all outstanding queries to ensure follow through to closure
Administration of theProduct Certification and Customer Deliverables Process
Assist in the administration of the Sales compensation program
Adhocreport building (SFDC, PowerBi, Excel)
Other projects and adhoc tasks as assigned
