Description:
Concept are currently recruiting for Call Centre/Customer Service Advisor to work for a leading IT services organisation on a an initial 6 month contract
What will your day-to-day activities involve?
* Taking high volumes of incoming calls.
* Aiming to resolve customer queries and faults with equipment.
* Updatingqueries onto the database.
* Updating system for other users.
* Offer guidance to clients and identifying faults.
* Working to strict deadlines and service level agreements
What are we looking for?
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Theability to learn some technical product information.
* Strong MS Office knowledge.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience of working within a call centre/customer service environment.
Working Hours
* You will be working on shift hours between Monday - Sunday
* This positon is remote based
What's on offer?
* You will be paid £12.50-£14.00 per hour depending on experience via Umbrella company
* Your contract will be starting ASAP for an initial 6 month period
This contract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
