I amcurrently recruiting for a Clerical Officer to join a busy HSE department in Tullamore, Co. Offaly
The duties are of the following:
* Answer queries and provide a reception/telephone service
* Manage files to a high standard. Training will be provided regarding these standards.
* Pay close and accurate attention to detail
* Dictaphone typing which includes typing reports, letters etc.
* Represent the service in a positive manner
* Work well a part of a team
* Undertake other assignmentsas directed.
* 4 days per week (30 hours per week )
Requirements:
* Candidate should be able to plan and organise own workload in an effective and methodical manner within strict deadlines.
* Candidate should be able to work on own initiative aswell as part of a team
* Candidate should have good computer skills. i.e. Microsoft excel and word
* Demonstrate the ability to work in line with relevant policies and procedures.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Candidate should be able to demonstrate commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
