We are currently looking for Clerical Officers to join a bus team in Mountmellick, Co. Laois
THE ROLE:* Responsible for payment of invoices, issuing receipts, counting cash
* Responsible for dealing with the public window, answering calls and dealing with general queries
* Responsible for typing up correspondence and managing correspondence
* Responsible for setting up files, completing time sheets and other general administration duties
* Responsible for data entry and processing of excel spreadsheets
* Monday to Friday 37 hour week at 13 euro per hour
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experiencein administration, invoices and cash receipts is essential
* Capable of dealing with the public, work in a busy environment,a part of a team and on own initiative
* Good customer service skills, planning and organising skills
* Proficient in Excel,Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Must be immediately available
This is a full time temporary ongoing position with a immediate start
