Description:
On behalf of the HSE, FRS is currently looking for Clerical Officers Grade IV to join a busy department in Tullamore, Co. Offaly
THE ROLE:
* Ensure the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility.
* Ensure that deadlines are met, and service levels maintained.
*Support the preparation and issuing of office documentation (correspondence, reports, etc.) to the highest possible standard, ensuring quality and accuracy.
* Organise and attend meetings as required.
* Take minutes at meetings and prepare for timely circulation following meeting.
* Support recruitment and garda vetting processes.
* Coordinate and respond to Parliamentary queries
* Typing up medical letters
* Process and manage invoices, expenses and receipts
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous administration experience is required
* Must have excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
* Must have proficient ITskills, excel is essential
* Good numerical skills
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise and confident manner (written & verbal)
* Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a busy team
* Immediately available
