Client & Order Coordinator - Amazing Company with great culture, Up to £25,000 + Benefits, ASAP Start, Hammersmith (West London) Area with strong remote working
The purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day activityof the cinema promotion voucher sales business, providing regular updates and reports on its performance.
Client & OrderCoordinator Duties:
* Day-to-day management of the promotional cinema platform, including order processing, debtor management and handling of client queries
* Assist with client onboarding, including administration and due diligence
* Monitor andhandle client queries via cinema phone-lines and email in-boxes
* Liaise with Head of Reward, Project Management, Digital andother key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency
* Create and deliver promotional campaigns for cinema platform to B2Bclients, via newsletters, emails and satisfaction surveys
* Organise social events, networking opportunities and review meetings with key B2B clients
* Work with sales to support the CRM (HubSpot)
* Monitor competitor activity and where upselling opportunities are identified, pass these on to relevant Sales colleagues
Ideal Skills and Experience:
* 2 years'+ experienceworking within entertainment sector (preferred)
* Commercial acumen with previous ecommerce experience
* MS Office experience (essential)
