Description:
Concept resourcing are currently recruiting for a Compliance Co-ordinator to join a well-established team based in Peterbourgh on a hybrid basis.
The aim of this role is to assist with the tracking and management of compliance documents in a timely and effective manner.
Hybrid working: 2 days in the officebased in Peterborough and 3 days from home
Main Duties:
* Screening all new contract requests and ensure the correct amount of detail is provided
* Identifying erroneously loaded contract requests and working with internal staff to fill in the gaps and ascertain the information required
* Identify VAT rates to be applied to Contracts
* Allocating contract requests intothe Transition or Contract Management process within SLA
* Providing direction & assistance to Contracts Coordinators oncomplex Contract requests
* Ability to jump into the Contract Management department and provide coordination support and assistance during busy periods e.g. month, quarter and year ends
* Assist with mailbox management
* Continually remain engaged with both the Service Transition and Contract Management departments to keep up date with their requirements, processes, procedures, and systems
Experience required:
* Experience in working with compliance
* Prior experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft word/Excel
* Previous experience in a contract management/administration isdesirable
* Must be highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and fast changing environment
* Competent on Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
* Strong relationship building skills
Package details:
* Initial 3 months contract (possibility to extend)
* £13.78 per hour (Umbrella rate - Inside IR35)
* Monday - Friday throughout duration of contract
* 9am - 5.30pm*
This contract has been deemed an inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions.
