Now, we are seeking a Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales and Contracts Compliance practices.

The Opportunity:As a Contracts and Compliance Officer at RPI, you will report to the Dubai-based RPI Group Operations Lead with a dotted line to Group Legal and Compliance. Your primary focus will be on providing dedicated support to RPI EMEA, ensuring seamless SalesSupport and Contracts Compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
* Organize staff and contractor travel, generate reports, and handle occasional couriers.
* Act as the WeWork office account holder, manage off-site Archive storage, and support various administrative tasks.
* Assist in creating PowerPoint slides for weekly meetings and manage office equipment orders.
Contracts Administration:
* Provide administrative support to Recruiters, ensuring contracts are compiled accurately and timely.
* Become an expert in Job Adder to process placements correctly and ensure IR35 considerations.
* Prepare and issue client and contractor contracts, ensuring all relevant documents are prepped.
* Record contracts accurately, QCcheck before issuance, and maintain documentation for audits.
* Act as the main contact for contractors, ensuring ongoing support and care post-contract.
Finance Administration:
* Ensure timely payments from clients, coordinate new client on boarding, and process deals accurately.
* Handle expenses, credit card reconciliation, and approve invoices.
Marketing Support:* Support email marketing campaigns, event management, and production of sales collateral.
* Organise RPI testimonials andyearly vital stats updates.
Person Specification:
* Confidence/Personality - Suited for someone confident in working with stakeholders at all levels.
* Previous experience in contracts and/or compliance in the recruitment sector, preferably internationally.
* Proven stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of global recruitment practices.
* Influencing skills- Ability to navigate multi-group/central team networks.
