We are working with an established group consisting of 2 manufacturing business and dueto their continued growth, an opportunity has arisen to strengthen the customer service team within the medical product side ofthe business
In the first instance, the successful candidate will be the primary support for the Group Customer Development Manager, assisting with research, analysis and reporting to enable sound business decisions to be made.
You will also be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers providing information with a professional image, fosteringproductive relationships and providing excellent customer care.
Key Tasks
* Answering queries about the company, products and services.
* Pass information to the relevant sales and technical resource where appropriate.
* Maintenanceof CRM system
* Liaise with the production to resolve customer queries and requests.
* Assisting with preparation tender documentation.
* Preparing the monthly reports required for each key account
* Booking customer appointments, visits, exhibitions as required for other team members
The person
Previous experience within Customer Service is a must for this role. You will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills and be able to juggle a range of tasks in a busy manufacturing/retail support environment
My client is looking for someone who wants to develop a long term career, who will as time progresses become customer facing and provide practical support when required to help support the sales function andbe happy to take on different duties as the business grows
