This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of the customer support team, ensuring exceptional service and fosteringstrong client relationships.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services
* Keeping clients informed about support product offerings
* Coordinating with sales and technical teams to provide accurate information
* Maintaining and updating the CRM systems
* Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queriesefficiently
* Preparing monthly reports for key accounts
* Representing the company at trade shows
About You:
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally in an outbound role
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Abilityto manage multiple tasks in a fast environment
