Concept Field Service Engineering are delighted to be working with this market leading brand to hire a new Customer Sales Support representative to deliver training to customers while supporting the sales team. This is an exciting time to join andprogress with a growing organisation.
The Customer Sales Support will be responsible for:
* To support National and Key Accounts in delivering training at all levels and customer support, to include trials and showroom visits
* Evaluate and review operational training to maximise effectiveness within accounts in line with responsible Managers
* Involved in managementof customer projects
* To build and strengthen relationships with customer accounts so as to maximise any sales opportunities* To ensure any commercial or operational demands by the customer are fed back to the business

The ideal Scheduling Manager will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Teamwork
* Organizational skills
* Reasonable knowledge of project management
* Reasonable systems knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
* Good role model to others and ambassador for the company
* Requirement to travel extensively throughout the county with regular overnight stays
