Description:
We are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator in Droitwich for a leading provider of outsourced technical support services for technology companies.
As a customer service administrator, you will be part of a team responsible for delighting our customers and to continually exceeding their expectations.
Key Accountabilities:
* General administration duties and data entry
* Manage multiple customer email inboxes
* Answering & directing customer phone calls
* Logging of customer enquiries and field service calls in to Service Management System
* Processing sales orders
* Updating customers & clients on the status of their enquires/jobs
* Communicating with different departments and field service engineers to progresscalls
Experience Required:
* Have experience of working in a customer focused environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Work to deadlines and can multitask.
* To personally provide a committed and determined approachto managing problems.
* Must be able to build rapport with customers and engineers on the telephone.
* Confident IT user with experience of working with Microsoft Office and in-house systems.
* Have a great telephone manner
Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday 37.5 per week
Salary:
* £18,000 - £20,000 (DOE)
