Description:

Customer Service Administrator.

Location: Thame. South Oxfordshire.
Salary: £22-£25.5k
Package: 25 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays), pension scheme, life assurance, lifestyle benefits, free parking and career progression opportunities.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.

Concept Resourcing currently have an excellent opportunity with a highly reputable, market leading brand within the IT industry. We are a looking for a customer service administrator to join a growing service delivery team. The key part of your role will be to provide support to the after sales and returns team ensuring to provide the highest level of customer service.

Your responsibilities:

* Providing swiftand effective responses to customers and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers for repairs and spares requirements at the agreed margins.
* Follow up on quotations to the customer to gainPO, or confirmation from the customer they will not be proceeding so as RMA's can be closed out and units destroyed or returned.* Process all customer orders in a timely fashion; following a clear sales ordering process, updating the order management system and the coordination of the order delivery.
* Create and manage a back order report for management of orders for spares & repairs. Identifying changes in lead times (supply chain challenges) and communicating with the customer.
* Resolve day to day queries and issues regarding repair status, spares lead - times and payment terms through appropriate use of internal company resources
* Support the Returns Service Delivery Coordinator with management of the day-to-day product returns & repair administration process eg in periods of absence, or peaks in service requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up to date records and KPI reports as required.
* Demonstrate organisation and time management; able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Identify and escalate opportunity for improvements in the delivery of department's processes.

Knowledge and experiences:

Essential:

* Administrative experience in a similar role OR strong customer service background.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Process driven with a keen eye for detail.
* Organised and methodical.
* Strong IT skills, utilising MS Office365 applications for a varied number of daily tasks and ad-hoc analytical purposes (with a particular emphasis on MS Excel.
* Evidence of problem solving and issue resolution within a previous role.
