Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents to support a 3 month project. The work will be home based and fully remote.
The role involves being part of a helpdesk, taking inbound calls to support our client's nationwide operations. The purpose of the role is to set up and configure tablets and mobile phones via script based process as part of a refresh Project to support a publicsector organisation.
Contract will start 21st February 2022 and will be for a minimum of 3 months.
Full training will be provided remotely.
Package information:
* 8.00am - 20.00pm with multiple breaks - FLEXIBLE as shifts TBC
* 37.5 working hours per week
* Monday - Saturday work throughout duration of assignment
* No more than 5 days per week will be worked
* Candidates must be flexible to work their 5 days across Monday - Saturday
* £12.50 per hour payable via umbrella partner (inside IR35)
* Working from home/ fully remote role
* BPSS clearance carried out and paid for by client
The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:
* Answering incoming calls and emails
* Accurately logging incidents ensuring all relevant data iscaptured
* Act as an initial point of contact and ensure that incidents are fully managed through to resolution (escalate where applicable)
* Provide an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers
* Work to achieve the setSLA's
* Shift patterns - working 5 days out of 6 including possible Saturday work. There is possibility this could become working 4 days out of 6 but the shifts would become longer to meet the weekly 37.5 hrs support requirement.
The Candidate:
MUSThave a minimum of 1 year' employment experience within a Customer Service or Administrator role and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* Must have excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience
* Be confident with mobile phones and tablet devices
* Must have a working environment within the home, minimal or no background noise and be ableto work safely at a desk or work space
* Must be happy to work shifts/ longer hours within the remits mentioned in the packagesection
* Be able to complete paid training WC 21st Feb which will be 9.00am - 17.00pm
* MUST be willing and able to pass aBPSS clearance carried out via a third-party partner. Please note this is a requirement of this role and candidates unwilling to complete the clearance cannot be considered
This contract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need tobe paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
