Customer Service Co-Ordinator is required for a super cool pioneering technology company who design, develop and build and support some of the worlds most advance products from aircrafts, spacecrafts, cyber security and radars!



Customer Service Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the incoming service requests of clients both locally and globally and will be a key point of contact for customers. You will need to be able to work out how to get the right part, to the right place via the right Engineer at the right time.



This is a fast paced and challenging role and would suit someone who has excellent customer service skills, clear and precise communication skills, can remain calm under pressure and someone who thrives in a busy environment. You must also love working in a team.



Based out of their New Malden office 3 days a week and 2 days from home, you will be rewarded with a salary between £25,000 - £27,000. plus benefits. Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm with the occasional 'on-call' phone from home.



The successful Customer Service Co-Ordinator MUST have:



* Experience in a customer facingrole - ideally over the phone.
* Strong administration experience.
* IT literate and able to pick up new technologies withease.
* Fluent in English written and spoken.



Duties as Customer Service Co-Ordinator include:



* Handle incoming service requests locally in the UK and Globally.
* Review emails and prioritise responses taking into consideration timescales, global time zones, urgency and commitment to customers.
* Liaising with agents worldwide to arrange the attendance and shipments of parts.
* Service confirmations, quotations of worldwide service rates to customers.
* Work closely with ServiceSupervisor and Engineers to plan local services.
* Liaising with shipping department to arrange delivery of spares within a timeframe.
* Provide feed-back / outcome of service to customer and provide solutions for follow ups.
