Description:
My client who is based in Casteltroy, Limerick is looking for a Customer Service rep to jointheir team. This will initially be a contract role with the chance of becoming perm with the right candidate.
Duties:* Call management, handling inbound and outbound calls, monitoring of email and customer communications.
* Diagnose, prioritise and categorise calls and allocate to engineering teams
* Accurately document call details to ensure faster diagnosis by engineers
* Provide first time assistance for simple user queries and requests
* Opening trouble tickets and following correct incident management procedures to track, report, document and manage faults to resolution.
Required Qualifications/Expertise:
* Excellent documentation skills.
* High levels of flexibility, willingness to learn and develop in addition to an awareness of future. trends in the telecommunications industry.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
* Fluent inwritten and spoken English.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Eligible to work in Ireland.
