The Company

This commercial vehicle broker have a current vacancy at their head office based in Swansea. They are one of the leading providers of leasing and contract hireto businesses and private individuals nationally. They offer a great place to work and be part of a fun and friendly team.

The Role

The role will be to support a thriving sales team, handling customers' accounts in an administrative manner and helping customers through the order process, providing excellent customer service throughout their journey.
You will work 37.5 hoursper week Monday - Friday. Actual hours worked are on a weekly rota basis working 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm and 10am - 6pm.
Duties will include:

* Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the sales team
* Provide support to customers, actingas a point of contact and help build customer relationships via telephone and email
* Prepare and check customer documents
*Organise and facilitate delivery to customers
* Ensure systems and records are maintained accurately
* To assist with and direct incoming telephone calls appropriately
* To offer additional products to customers

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* A good telephone manner
* Solid IT skills, working with Microsoft programmes including Office
* To be proactive in your approachby putting customers first
* Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiently in customer contact and communication* Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure at peak times
* To sell our service in a professional manner
* A teamplayer
* 11 British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) tests will need to be completed at the start of the probation period
