Description:

Concept Resourcing are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Customer Services Officer commutable to Wembley to join a leading IT services organisation.

The role is to provide a high standard of customer service to external and internal customers, ensuring tasks and queries are resolved efficiently to meet operational standards and requirements.

Package information:

* 8:00am - 16:00pm & 9:00am - 17:00pm (alternate weeks)
* £28,000 per annum
* Hybrid working
* Permanent opportunity

The Role:

* Proactively engage with Customers and respond to Customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
* Coordinate & manage SAP order processing - purchase orders, sales orders, invoices as well as delivery information etc for customer to required timescales.
* Provide support to Key Account Managers on offers (compile offer letters), projects, costs andcustomer queries.
* Reports - Generate, analyse & be responsible for accuracy of all reports issued to customers and internal departments on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis to required timescales.
* Proactively work to improve communication and procedures within Customer Services and Internal departments.
* Acquire good knowledge of SAP SD/MM processes, be responsible for accuracy of SAP master data and proactively investigate and try to identify the cause of SAP issues.
* Manage card artwork process (new designs, proofing, scheduling, coordination etc). Identfy discrepancies and provide information to our supplieror customer if necessary.

The Candidate:
MUST have a minimum of 2 years' employment experience within customer service orhelpdesk role and be able to demonstrate the following skills:

* Good knowledge of SAP SD/MM processes
* Have excellent communication skills
* Worked in a previous customer service/ administration background
* Excellent written and oral skills* Organsiation skills
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to identify and solve problems
* Multi-task and work under pressure
* Being proactive
