The company purchases a wide range of products from around the world for a range of sectors
Due to their continued success, they are currently seeking to strengthen their customer support division.
You will be working with an account manager, liaising with your allocated clients on a daily basis
In order toensure continued supply of products, you will monitor stock levels to activate the third part of the role which will be to liaise with the wider team to source the right item at the right price with the shortest lead time with pre-approved suppliersThroughout the process, you will be providing regular reports for both customers and internally
The Person:-* The key aspect of this role is the ability to build strong relationships with your clients, ensuring they receive the best customer experience
* Purchasing experience would be beneficial but candidates who have worked with suppliers with administrative tasks will also be considered
* Ability to juggle a number of tasks in a fast moving environment
