We have a number of customer service roles within the commercial department of a manufacturing business who have experienced phenomenal growth over the last few years and have invested in their factories in Maesteg.The key to the role will be to develop strong relationships with the clients within your area and providing first class serviceOn a day to day basis you will:
* Prepare and process customer quotations and orders
* Take ownership of customer queries taking them from start to finish
* Check technical information and pricing ( using data sheets ) Liaise with internal departments when required
* Be an ambassador for the company internally and externally
The person will :
* Have previous experience in a Customer Service role, ideally gained in manufacturing , construction or similar
* Be familiar with CRM systems
* Enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis
* Be process driven
* Have excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
