Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of the Global Early Careers team, who will develop, drive, andcomplete the strategies within the business. You will know how to collaborate with Leaders, run strategic cycles, and scale global programs across the lifecycle of onboarding, experience, and performance management. You will have a passion and excitementfor attracting, developing, and retaining talent
Responsibilities:
As part of the wider People Team you will:
* Lead ateam of 2 Early Careers Program Managers to design and implement the global early careers' strategy in a way that is aligned tothe wider People Team agenda
* Partner with key collaborators globally to plan and deliver the early careers' proposition inline with company wide standards
* Collaborate and maintain the overall Early Careers framework and standards, creating and delivering an exemplary candidate and customer experience.
* Assess opportunities for enhancements and develop plans for relevant activities, initiatives, and projects to deliver improvements that connect and improve the teams strategy and priorities.
*Define, compile & analyse data and metrics to support business decisions and ensure the efficacy and impact of the recruitment strategies and programs delivered by your team
* Lead headcount planning, hiring, training, alignment of workload, and budget planning
* Apply deep subject matter expertise in Early Careers and build a strong external network of industry experts/thought leaders. Bring in external ideas and inspiration for new approaches, technologies, and innovations to ensure we stay aheadof industry trends
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
* Experience of designing and implementing successful Early Careers programs from attraction strategy and marketing campaigns, through to delivery
* Shown success in building and deliveringsuccessful and end to end Early Careers learning programs and Career Journeys
* A thorough understanding of the Early Careersmarket, including experience of working with apprenticeships and how to make the Levy work to meet our future skills needs.In return
