FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant toCEO - Agri on behalf of an established agribusiness situated 30 minutes North of Cork City.

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and excellent proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointand Teams.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.



Job Location: Approx. 15 km North of Cork City.Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 -5:30 (option of 4 day week may be available)



Requirements:

* Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritising emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. Highlighting them for the CEO's attention and drafting responses on behalf of the CEO as needed.
* Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO.
* The ability to research, analyse and present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
* Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
* Managing visa and passport applications for CEO, staff and visitors
* Organising events and conferences
* Collaborate with the CEO daily to establish and update daily priorities, deadlines and requirements.
* Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
* Organise and maintain critical documents, files, and records, ensuring the secure handling of confidential information.
* Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
* Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
* Collating and filing expenses
* Providing assistance in the relocation of new employees into the country; finding housing, liaising with schools,assisting in setting up revenue/social welfare details
* Availability outside of daily office hours to manage any requests ofthe Company Directors and any issues that arise regarding / during international travel
* Miscellaneous tasks to support theSenior management team



Personal assistant skills

* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, to a Director/CEO or equivalent is desirable.
* Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Tact and diplomacy.
* Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams with the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, anticipating needs, and taking initiative to support the CEO and address potential challenges.
* Flexibility andadaptability.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
* Team player, proactive, self-starter. Ability to self-organise and prioritise workload effectively.



Salary Range:

€35,000 to €45,000 depending on experience

* After 6 months

Health Care

* Health Care is to be considered after 12 to 18 months. (At Client's discretion based on performance)

Schedule

* Monday to Friday (4 day week may be suitable)
